We change our name from redDot.at Internetdienstleistungen WebHosting GmbH to emerion WebHosting GmbH. The ownership structure and corporate information remains the same. The change of the name has trademark-legal reasons and we want to establish with emerion a clear, unmistakable brand.

Everything so far issued with the firm title redDot.at like contracts and agreements are further valid and require no change, since the company concerns the same legal entity.
